1. Overview
The SmartKwam Shop is operated by AdvannoSmart (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). When you place an order at shop.smartkwam.co.za, you can choose to have your goods delivered by one of our courier partners or to collect them from our office by prior arrangement.
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed through our secure payment gateway. We will keep you updated by email at each stage — order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
2. Where We Deliver
We deliver nationwide across South Africa, to all nine provinces, including major metros, smaller towns, and outlying areas serviced by our courier partners.
Some remote or regional addresses may require additional transit time or a regional surcharge. Any such surcharge is calculated and shown to you at checkout before you pay. We currently deliver within South Africa only.
3. Our Courier Partners
We dispatch orders through established, reputable South African courier services. Our primary delivery partner is The Courier Guy, and we may use other trusted national couriers depending on your location and the size of your order.
All parcels are insured in transit and require a signature (or other proof of delivery) on hand-over.
4. Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and surrounds) — 2–4 business days.
- Regional towns and outlying areas — 3–7 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to factors outside our control (such as load-shedding, weather, or courier disruptions). If we expect a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. The exact delivery fee is always displayed to you before you pay, so there are no surprise charges.
From time to time we may offer free or discounted delivery on qualifying orders or promotions. Any such offer will be clearly shown at checkout.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel to your door.
You can also view your order status at any time by logging in to your account at shop.smartkwam.co.za. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
7. Collection at Our Office
If you would prefer to collect your order in person rather than have it couriered, you may select collection at checkout, or arrange it with us by email. Office collection is free of charge.
Collection is by prior arrangement during business hours. Once your order is ready, we will email you to confirm the collection address, available times, and what to bring (your order number and proof of identity).

8. Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your parcel on delivery or collection. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier where possible and contact us as soon as you can.
If any item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@smartkwam.co.za so we can put it right. Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy.
9. Failed or Delayed Delivery
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because an incorrect address was provided, or because no one was available to receive and sign for the parcel after reasonable attempts by the courier, a re-delivery fee may apply.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed until it is resolved.
